Yes. Share your product type and delivery country, along with any sizes, quantities or reference images you already have. Finished artwork can be provided later.
Can you help me choose materials and finishes?
Yes. Tell us how the product will be used, the look you want and your budget. We can recommend suitable materials and finishes; reference photos are welcome.
Can I review a proof or sample before production?
Ask us about PDF proofs, dieline checks and physical sample options for your product. We will confirm any sample charges and additional time before you proceed.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production time depends on your specifications, quantity and artwork approval. Shipping time is separate and varies by destination and shipping method. Share your required arrival date so we can check feasibility and confirm an estimated schedule with your quote.
Which artwork files can I send?
You can attach PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG or ZIP files, up to 50 MB in total. For larger files, include a shareable download link in your project details.
What happens after I submit my request?
You will see a receipt confirmation, followed by an acknowledgment email. Our team usually reviews complete requests within 1 business day and replies by email with follow-up questions or quote options. If you do not see an email, check your spam folder or contact support@hycprint.com.
